About the Seneca County Arts Council ...
The Seneca County Arts Council is a cooperative gallery and arts council serving the artists and people of Seneca County and the Finger Lakes Region.
Artists who exhibit in the gallery are asked to "sit" in the gallery at least three hours per month.
We plan a series of annual events and workshops to reach out to the general public. In addition, we offer an annual college scholarship to a Seneca County senior who are going into "the arts" which include visual arts, music, drama, and writing. Applicants must provide a portfolio or electronic samples of their work for consideration.

Seneca County Arts Council has an annual membership fee based around the table below. All fees are collected annually and are the responsibility of the member to pay in a timely manor.

As a member you are allowed to display your work at the gallery, enter contests and competitions, and be selected as the Artist of the Quarter. Every couple of months we publish a newsletter with events, information about what is happening with the Council and the gallery.
